Auf dieser Seite erfährst du, wie du dein Konto bei der App Eltera und alle dazugehörigen Daten löschen kannst. Du kannst die Löschung direkt in der App starten oder sie ohne App per E-Mail beantragen.

This page explains how to delete your account in the Eltera app together with all associated data. You can start the deletion directly in the app, or request it by email without the app.

1. Öffne Eltera und tippe auf dein Profil.
2. Open Eltera and tap your Profile.
3. Wähle Datenschutz & Sicherheit.
4. Choose Privacy & Safety.
5. Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige.
6. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Du hast die App nicht mehr oder kommst nicht in dein Konto? Schreibe eine E-Mail an support@eltera.app mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“, am besten von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du bei Eltera registriert bist. Wir bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail. Gegebenenfalls bitten wir dich, zu bestätigen, dass das Konto dir gehört.

No longer have the app, or can't access your account? Email support@eltera.app with the subject “Delete my account”, ideally from the email address you registered with. We will confirm the deletion by email, and may ask you to confirm that the account belongs to you.

3. Was passiert nach dem Löschen

Dein Konto wird sofort deaktiviert und ist für andere nicht mehr sichtbar. Danach gilt ein Wiederherstellungsfenster von 30 Tagen: Meldest du dich in dieser Zeit wieder an, wird die Löschung rückgängig gemacht. Nach Ablauf der 30 Tage werden dein Konto und deine Daten endgültig gelöscht.

Your account is deactivated immediately and is no longer visible to others. A 30-day recovery window then applies: if you sign in again during that time, the deletion is cancelled. After the 30 days your account and data are permanently deleted.

• dein Profil (Name, Foto, Bio, Wohnort, Angaben zu deinen Kindern) und deine Anmeldedaten
• your profile (name, photo, bio, city, details about your children) and your login
• deine Beiträge, Kommentare, Likes, Veranstaltungen und hochgeladenen Fotos
• your posts, comments, likes, events and uploaded photos
• deine Direktnachrichten und Gruppenchat-Nachrichten samt Anhängen
• your direct messages and group chat messages, including attachments
• deine Verbindungen, Erinnerungen, Meilensteine, gespeicherten Inhalte und Benachrichtigungen
• your connections, reminders, milestones, saved items and notifications
• deine Einstellungen, Geräte-Token für Push-Benachrichtigungen, Blockierungen und Meldungen
• your settings, push notification device tokens, blocks and reports

5. Was aufbewahrt werden kann

Anonymisierte oder aggregierte Daten, die keiner Person zugeordnet werden können (zum Beispiel Nutzungsstatistiken), können länger gespeichert bleiben. Daten, für die gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten gelten, bewahren wir nur so lange auf, wie das Gesetz es verlangt. Details findest du in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.

Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot be attributed to any individual (for example usage statistics) may be kept longer. Data subject to statutory retention obligations is only kept for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
